Welcome to ReadyRenter. These terms cover your use of readyrenter.org and our coaching services. Paying clients also receive and sign our Client Coaching and Educational Services Agreement, which governs the coaching relationship in full; if these terms and that agreement ever differ, the signed agreement controls.

What ReadyRenter is — and isn't

ReadyRenter provides coaching, education, and document-organization support to renters. We teach you, help you organize your own materials, and coach you on telling your own story. We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not act as your agent. We never present, submit, or negotiate anything with a landlord on your behalf — you present your own package, always. Our founder holds a California real estate license (disclosed in the service agreement); he does not act as a licensed agent in any ReadyRenter engagement, and other coaches are not licensed agents and provide coaching and educational services only.

No guarantees

Rental decisions belong to landlords. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, response rates, timelines, or any specific outcome. Client stories on our site are real and shared with permission; individual results vary.

Not legal, financial, or credit-repair advice

Our content — including information about California's security-deposit law (AB 12) — is education, not legal advice. We are not attorneys, financial advisors, or a credit repair organization. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

Everything in your package must be truthful. You're responsible for the accuracy of every document and statement you present to a landlord. We coach honesty because it works — and because it's right. Misrepresenting your information to a landlord can have serious legal consequences and is grounds for ending our engagement without refund.

Pricing and refunds

Founder pricing is a flat $99, payable through our secure Stripe checkout. You may request a full refund any time before your first coaching session or your first use of the coaching portal, whichever comes first. The $50 lease-signing bonus is a goodwill gesture we love making — send proof of your signed lease during your coaching window and we'll take care of you.

Our content

The playbooks, scripts, and materials we provide are for your personal use in your own rental search. Please don't republish or resell them. Share the lessons with a friend who needs them — that's different, and we'd be glad you did.

The website

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is." We may update content, pricing, and these terms; meaningful changes get a new date above. These terms are governed by California law, and any disputes will be handled in San Diego County, California.
